There are a number of ways to wrap up in one of these beauties this fall – here are just a few examples below. I love to pin mine in place with my vintage pin (aka – self defense weapon) ;p They are easy to throw over anything really and I found this look to really complement my tapestry folk print coat from Topshop, which I am obsessed about at the moment.
So happy I bought this colour & print-blocked maxi dress. The colour and print panels are conveniently placed to give the illusion of length, slim the body line. It’s also versatile enough to wear well into the winter (keep an eye out for that fall chartreuse trend) by throwing on a little black moto jacket and there is plenty of room for my expanding bump – now 17 weeks in the baking ;p
One of my yearly highlights! A day at the horse races withDeighton Cup! Dapper gents and demure dames in all their finery. Giddy up!!!
Being 4 months preggies (no Mint Juleps for me this year!) is a weird stage for dressing up – in between sizes, stretchy fabrics start becoming more appealing and you’re kind of not showing but there is something there! After revealing my exciting news a week earlier I was determined to stop hiding my little passenger and threw caution to the wind with this bold green and very figure hugging dress! The devil was in the details with this outfit and yes, my matchy-matchy alter ego took total control – can you spot the common thread?
