Cavalier in Gastown held an exclusive event a few weeks ago debuting their newest jewelry collection by founder and designer, Anne Sportun. Cavalier chooses to represent local talent, however they couldn’t pass up the opportunity to represent Toronto native, Anne Sportun’s hand-made collections, which they consider to be wearable pieces of art.
Anne Sportun began making jewelry in the basement of her home. At the age of sixteen she delivered her first wholesale order, which unknowingly were the first steps of her professional career. A few years later she enrolled into a three year Jewelry Arts program, which set her on the path to where she is today. “Anne translates the subtle beauty of organic asymmetry into her work.” She was also awarded for her contemporary design and excellent craftsmanship.
If you are in the market for one of a kind jewelry or engagement rings, you must visit Cavalier in Gastown.
